Lost/Broken Replacements Warranty
Our priority is to have your back better than any other brand - not only when you purchase, but for as long as you need us. Whether you lose them a year from now, or your dog chews them up, we will replace your shades. No questions asked.
If you lose or break your shades, simply contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # to request a new pair through our lifetime guarantee program. (Just pay S+H) Each pair can be replaced twice under the Isla Lost/Broken Replacements Warranty.
A few exceptions:
- Excluded: Products received through promotional events.
- The guarantee only covers orders through islaeyewear.com and approved retailers - thereby excluding other re-sellers (not eligible if the glasses were purchased from someone else).
If you receive your shades with an issue that is our fault (manufacturing defect) we will replace your pair at absolutely no cost to you. There are no limits as to how many times a pair can be replaced under this warranty. We want to do everything that we can to make any craftsmanship issue right. This applies to all shades and blue light glasses.
